Castleisland Rugby Club

Castleisland RFC was established in 1926.  There are approx. 175 active participants in the club which caters for minis up to seniors.  Girls are also included in the minis.  The grounds consist of 2 playing pitches and an all-weather pitch.  Games can also be played under lights.  There are dressing rooms and a function room.  Other Rugby Clubs and GAA clubs use the facilities on occasion for training and games.  New members and volunteers are always welcome.  We are very proud that some of our past players have gone on to represent both Munster and Ireland at various grades.
